Food Manager Certification

Food Manager Certification course (one-day class) and exam $165.00

  • Food Safety Principles Coursebook
  • 8 hour class
  • ServSafe examination
  • All classes held at 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, including exam
  • Exams in some other languages may be available − email or call us for options
  • Food Manager Certificate, valid for 5 years, upon passing exam
  • "Coursebook shipped in advance of class, upon payment and registration. If registering within 4 business days of class, book will be brought to the class. Overnight shipping available ($15 extra fee) call or email to confirm."

As a special service to you, once you have registered and paid in full, we can contact your health department and notify them of your registration for this class. We have found this to be a helpful and often necessary step in helping those who are in need of certification, or in the process of opening a new establishment. We are happy to help you, in any way we can, to be successful in your foodservice venture. Let us know if you need this.


RETAKING the exam

Any of our Eastern Food Safety students who does not pass the exam on the 1st try is allowed to retake the exam for the additional cost of the exam (Retest fee: $90), and sit in on any class for refresher of the material at no extra charge. CALL our office to arrange.
