Nationally available program allows you to self-study at your own pace at your convenience, from home or work via Online training video (cloud DVD).  This highly successful, proven course method is taught by Cindy Rice, RS, CPFS, Certified ServSafe® Instructor, and offers you approximately 8-12  hours of online study. There is an opportunity to review sections periodically and exercise practice questions throughout the course.  Exam date may be scheduled either upon registration, or when finished with course study.

  • ServSafe® (print) exam taken at one of Eastern Food Safety's Massachusetts or Maine class locations

  • ServSafe® Food Manager Certificate, valid for 5 years nationally upon passing the exam

For best results

  • This course is designed to be used in conjunction with the
    • ServSafe Essentials 5th Edition Coursebook (purchased separately)
  • Online course should be completed within 3 months of starting
  • Certification exam should be taken within 2-3 weeks after completion of the online course
