"What makes us unique"


This course is taught with a practical approach to food protection, with real-life experiences shared by the instructors and classmates alike. The class material is delivered with a good deal of common sense, a little bit of humor, in the most "user-friendly" way possible. Our classes are held in conveniently located hotel conference spaces, to afford you the most professional and successful experience possible.

 


Our goal is to help you, the owners and managers:

  • Certify your necessary employees
  • Ensure that your food establishment is complying with Massachusetts codes
  • Improve your understanding of food sanitation and safety in the workplace
  • Increase compliance in health inspections
  • Protect your customers
  • Improve the quality and safety of your foods, and keep your customers satisfied

 

Remember, your goal is to become knowledgeable about the Massachusetts State Food Code of sanitation and food protection principles, and pass the food safety certification exam. You will then receive your certification as a Certified Food Manager, which is valid for 5 years nationally. Or, if you are interested in training workshop for your staff in basic food safety, you want everyone to learn the fundamentals and be on the same page regarding food safety and sanitation.
