Food Manager Certification Training is also offered as an online course you can take at your own pace from any of your devices - no travel, no hassle, and no need to take time off work. This training gives Managers the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to oversee the safe storage, preparation, and service of food in the workplace. It prepares you to take the ServSafe Food Manager Certification exam.
The training is video-based, and instructor-led, providing the learner with an interactive and enjoyable learning experience. Uniquely, our course is filmed in restaurant kitchens and offers curriculum-based learning linked to "real life" situations. There is an opportunity to review sections periodically, exercise practice questions throughout the course, and food safety handouts can be downloaded for use as you wish.
This online training is ANSI certified and prepares you to take the ServSafe or other accredited Food Manager Certification Exam. Your exam must be taken in the presence of an approved proctor at the end of any of our regularly scheduled classes.
The Online Food Manager Course is in English, but has Spanish text translations available, if needed. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office 781-356-1467 AFTER you have registered for the course, to request the Spanish text translations. We always have Spanish exams available for students in the exam session.
