Learning about food safety doesn’t have to be boring! Eastern Food Safety course is taught with a practical approach injected with real life stories and a little bit of humor to provide a non-threatening, and – dare we say it – fun way to learn about food safety! We offer ServSafe Food Manager Certification and Recertification courses.

We offer ServSafe Food Manager Certification and Recertification options in 4 formats:

Training and Exam: ($175)

Classroom training led by a ServSafe Certified instructor, with a proctored exam taken at the end of the training. Study materials are included and mailed in advance of the course.

Online Training and Proctored Exam ($175)

Webinar training to study at home or work at your convenience. Join a proctored exam at the end of a regularly scheduled classroom training, starting at 2:00pm.

Private Training and Proctored Exam ($1075 +$85/person for materials/exams)

Bring us to you to be certified at the ease and comfort of your own establishment, for group sizes of 2-35 people. Includes study materials, an instructor-led classroom training, and a proctored exam.

Proctored Exam Only ($95)

Proctored exam only with the option to purchase study materials separately. Exams take place at the end of our regularly scheduled classroom trainings, starting at 2:00pm.

Re-Test after Failure Option ($90)

For our Eastern Food Safety customers that have failed the exam, we offer a “re-test” exam within 1 year. To help students pass the ServSafe exam, we welcome students to attend the classroom training again at no extra charge. This service is offered only to previous Eastern Food Safety customers.

All classes and exams must be registered and paid for in advance.
