We offer ServSafe Food Manager Certification and Recertification options in 4 formats:

Training & Exam

Classroom training led by a ServSafe Certified instructor, with a proctored exam taken at the end of the training. Study materials are included and mailed in advance of the course. Highly recommended for all Recertifications and First-timers.

Certification Online

Online Training &
Proctored Exam

Webinar training to study at home or work at your convenience. Join a proctored exam at the end of a regularly scheduled classroom training, starting at 2:00pm.

Proctored Exam ONLY.CAUTION: The Food Code changes constantly. This option does NOT include any Food Code updates, training, or materials. Exam takes place at 2:00 pm at our regularly scheduled sessions. Not for the faint of heart.

Private Training &
Proctored Exam

Bring us to you to be certified at the ease and comfort of your own establishment, for group sizes of 2-35 people. Includes study materials, an instructor-led classroom training, and a proctored exam.

Re-Test after Failure Option ($90)

For our Eastern Food Safety customers that have failed the exam, we offer a “re-test” exam within 1 year. To help students pass the ServSafe exam, we welcome students to attend the classroom training again at no extra charge. This service is offered only to previous Eastern Food Safety customers.

All classes and exams must be registered and paid for in advance.
